Case Study: Cleaning up corporate actions

Client: Sydbank is Denmark’s fourth largest bank serving 335,000 customers – 20,000 of which are corporate clients – from 116 branches across Denmark, Germany, Switzerland and through Private Banking International, the bank’s asset management services arm. Challenge: Obtaining accurate information on corporate events is difficult because of the lack of uniformity in announcement information. Solution: By automating the cleansing process and enabling all event enquiries to be carried out online, TLM Corporate Actions has already greatly increased STP rates and delivered greater control to Sydbank’s corporate actions team.
