How do I use Risk Library?

All of the content hosted on Risk Library is organised by category to help you quickly locate information that is relevant to your practice area, business area or location. You can instantly view all the available categories by clicking 'Find Papers'. You can also search the website by entering keywords into the search box located at the top of each page. In order to read the full briefing, it is necessary to register with Risk Library.

What do you do with my contact details?

Once you have registered with Risk Library, we may pass on your contact details to the organisation whose content you have downloaded. Your details will not be passed on to any other third party companies. Your privacy is of great importance to us. For further details, please refer to our Privacy policy

How do I recover my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can easily recover it by clicking here and entering your email address. A new password will be sent to your email.

How can I change my contact details?

Simply sign in and click on the 'My account' tab, which is at the top of all pages. Once you are on your account page, click on 'Edit profile' and make any changes to the fields within your original registration form.

How can I list my company’s white papers on Risk Library?

Simply click here to contact a member of our team about getting your content listed.

I'm having problems downloading documents

If you are using Internet Explorer, your browser's security settings may initially block the download process. If this is the case, there will be a message towards the top of your browser that says: 'To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options.' If you click on the message you will be given the option to save or open the file. 

In addition, some internal IT networks have security blocks on downloads in place, which result in an error message when you attempt to open a document. In this case, you may be able to save the document to your computer rather than open it directly.

Making a Complaint

Please read our code to see whether your complaint concerns a possible breach of any of its provisions.  If you believe that there has been a breach please write to us at email.enquiries@infopro-digital.com outlining the following points:

  • The article you’re complaining about.
  • The date on which it appeared.
  • Whether the article appeared in print or online.
  • Which part of the code it breaches.

The complaints process is free of charge and the process and the Code sets out the decision making and appeals processes.
